  • Subscription services
  • Featured ads and promotional services

Once a listing or service is published or activated, we do not offer refunds, as the services are considered delivered and consumed.


2. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

While the majority of our services are non-refundable, we may consider issuing a refund in certain exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical Errors: If you experience a technical issue preventing the publication of your listing or the activation of your service, and it is determined that the error is on our part, we may offer a partial refund or credit for the affected service.
  • Duplicate Charges: In the event of duplicate charges on your payment method, we will investigate and issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
  • Billing Errors: If there are any errors in billing due to our fault (e.g., incorrect amounts or incorrect billing details), we will correct the error and issue a refund, if applicable.

All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision rests with Ibex Code Portal.

  • Cancellation of Subscriptions: If you cancel your subscription before the next renewal date, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and no further payments will be processed.
  • No Refund for Previous Payments: Since subscription services are paid in advance, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid for the current billing cycle. However, you will continue to receive the services until the end of your current subscription period.

6. Charges for Listing Modifications or Additional Services

If you request any changes or modifications to an existing listing (such as upgrading to a premium listing or changing listing details), you may be charged an additional fee. These charges are non-refundable once paid.


7. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, or other uncontrollable events, Ibex Code Portal may suspend or delay services. In such cases, refunds will not be provided, and users will be notified of any disruptions to the service.


8. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or change this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Refund Policy will become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.


9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
