These Business Listing Terms (“Terms”) apply to all businesses and service providers who create, publish, or manage a business listing on www.uaecarsale.com. By creating a listing, you agree to these Terms and all applicable UAE laws.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To publish a business listing on our directory, you confirm that:
✅ You are a legally registered business in the UAE
✅ You hold a valid trade license for the services you offer
✅ You have the authority to represent the business
✅ All information provided is accurate and lawful
We may request verification documents at any time.
2. Accuracy of Business Information
You agree to provide:
- Correct business name
- Valid location/address
- Active phone number and email
- Accurate service categories
- Business license details (if requested)
- Real images, logos, and descriptions
You are responsible for updating any changes immediately.
Providing false or misleading information violates UAE Consumer Protection Law and will lead to listing removal.
3. Content Ownership & Rights
By submitting content (logo, images, videos, descriptions), you confirm:
✅ You own or have permission to use all submitted materials
✅ You grant www.uaecarsale.com a non-exclusive right to display and promote your listing
✅ You take full responsibility for any copyright issues
We may resize, edit, or moderate content for layout and quality purposes.
4. Prohibited Content (As per UAE Law & TDRA Guidelines)
The following are strictly prohibited:
❌ Unlicensed business operations
❌ Fake or misleading service claims
❌ Using copyrighted logos/images without permission
❌ Offensive, adult, or unethical content
❌ Illegal products/services
❌ Misrepresentation of pricing
❌ Fake customer reviews
❌ Impersonation of another business
❌ Using the directory for spam or fraud
❌ Posting misleading “agency” or “government-related” claims
We reserve the right to report serious violations to UAE authorities.
5. Paid Listings & Subscription Fees
Business listings may include:
- Basic listing
- Featured listing
- Premium placement
- Banner advertisements
- Sponsored category positions
By purchasing any paid feature:
✅ You agree to the posted prices
✅ You agree that digital services are non-refundable once activated
✅ You understand that results (leads/traffic) are not guaranteed
✅ You acknowledge that removal for policy violations does NOT qualify for a refund
Refunds due to technical issues follow the Refund Policy.
6. Review & Approval Process
All listings are reviewed before they appear publicly.
We may reject or remove a listing if:
- Information is suspicious or unverifiable
- Images or content violate our guidelines
- The business appears unlicensed
- The listing misleads UAE consumers
- The business engages in unethical practices
We are not required to provide detailed reasons for rejection.
7. Business Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
✅ Communicating with customers
✅ Honoring your advertised services
✅ Providing accurate pricing
✅ Delivering services in a legal and ethical manner
✅ Ensuring compliance with all UAE regulations
www.uaecarsale.com is not involved in your business transactions.
8. Customer Disputes
We do not mediate disputes between customers and businesses.
However, we may remove a listing if:
- Multiple complaints are received
- Evidence of fraud or misleading practices is presented
- UAE law is violated
Serious cases may be reported to UAE Consumer Protection or Police.
9. Directory Ranking & Sorting
Listings may be ranked based on:
- Paid promotions
- Relevancy
- Activity level
- Quality of information
- Website algorithm criteria
We do not guarantee top placement unless included in a paid package.
10. Listing Removal
We may remove or suspend a listing without notice for:
- Fake or illegal business activities
- Fraudulent claims
- Violation of UAE laws
- Repeated customer complaints
- Spam or misuse
- Policy violations
- Unpaid or expired subscriptions
No refund will be issued for removals due to violations.
You may request deletion of your business listing at any time.
11. Liability Disclaimer
- Does NOT guarantee leads, sales, or customer engagement
- Does NOT verify every business license
- Is NOT responsible for business performance or reputation
- Is NOT liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from listed businesses
The business owner holds full responsibility for all transactions and customer interactions.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless:
Ibex Code Portal and www.uaecarsale.com
from any claims, damages, or disputes related to:
- Your business listing
- Your services
- Copyright issues
- Customer complaints
- Violations of UAE law
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the:
✅ United Arab Emirates
✅ Courts of Dubai, UAE
You agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively under UAE jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date.
