Customer / Buyer Terms & Conditions – UAE Car Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all offers, deals, or promotions (“Offers”) listed on www.uaecarsale.com (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or redeeming an Offer, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

These Terms also incorporate rights granted to consumers under UAE laws, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.


2. Offers & Availability

  • All Offers are provided by third-party merchants listed on the Platform.
  • Offers are subject to availability. Platform does not guarantee that every Offer will be available at all times.
  • Platform reserves the right to remove or suspend any Offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Offer details, including discounts, services, conditions, and validity, are provided by the Merchant. Customers should verify details before redemption.

3. Redemption & Usage

  • Offers must be redeemed according to the Merchant’s specified terms (dates, times, number of persons, location, restrictions).
  • Offers are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
  • Some Offers may require prior booking, appointment, or voucher redemption.
  • Customers must comply with the Merchant’s rules and safety requirements while redeeming any Offer.

4. Payment & Invoices

  • All payments are processed via secure payment gateways.
  • Customers must receive an invoice/receipt showing: Merchant’s name and address, service details, price in AED, date of transaction, and terms of the Offer.
  • Offers may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Refunds or compensation are handled according to the Merchant’s policies and UAE consumer-protection laws.

5. Customer Rights under UAE Law

Under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection:

  1. Accurate Information – Customers have the right to receive truthful, clear, and accurate information about the Offer, including price, inclusions, validity, and terms.
  2. Safety & Quality – Customers are entitled to services that are safe, professional, and meet advertised standards.
  3. Defective Services – If an Offer is defective or not as advertised, customers may request re-performance, correction, refund, or partial refund based on the service issue.
  4. Data Protection – Customers’ personal information must be handled securely and not used for marketing without explicit consent.
  5. Invoice & Documentation – Customers have the right to a proper invoice or receipt for all payments made.

6. Platform Role & Liability

  • www.uaecarsale.com acts as a listing and facilitation platform only.
  • The Platform does not guarantee the quality, legality, completion, or outcome of any Offer provided by merchants.
  • Platform provides merchant contact information and license verification, but the Merchant is fully responsible for fulfilling the Offer.
  • Platform is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses resulting from Offer redemption.

7. Merchant Responsibility

  • Merchants are fully responsible for all offers, deals, and services provided to customers.
  • Customers should verify Merchant license and service authenticity before redeeming Offers.
  • Any complaints regarding service quality, delays, or defects must be directed to the Merchant first.

8. Refunds & Dispute Resolution

  • Customers may request a refund or correction for defective or misrepresented Offers.
  • If the Merchant fails to resolve the issue, customers may file a complaint with UAE consumer authorities, such as the Ministry of Economy.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are issued according to the Merchant’s policies and UAE law.
  • Keep all documentation: invoices, receipts, screenshots of the Offer, and any communication with the Merchant.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform (images, logos, descriptions, banners) is owned by Ibex Code Portal or the respective Merchant.
  • Customers may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal data collected during registration, booking, or payment is protected under UAE law.
  • Platform or Merchant cannot share personal information with third parties without explicit consent.
  • Customers may request removal or correction of personal data according to UAE privacy regulations.

11. Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate personal and payment information during redemption.
  • Comply with Merchant’s safety instructions and Offer terms.
  • Do not misuse Offers or engage in fraudulent activity.

12. Safety & Disclaimer

  • Customers must exercise reasonable care while using services.
  • Merchants must provide clear safety instructions, risk disclaimers, and guidelines.
  • The Platform is not responsible for personal injury, damage, or loss resulting from Offer redemption.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the competent UAE authorities and resolved under UAE jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

  • Platform may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on www.uaecarsale.com.
  • Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
