Merchant Terms & Conditions

Ibex Code Portal (www.uaecarsale.com)

1. Introduction & Parties

These Merchant Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the rights and obligations of any business (“Merchant”, “you”) that submits an auto-service, deal, or offer to Ibex Code Portal (“Platform”, “we”, “us”) at www.uaecarsale.com. By submitting an offer, you agree to abide by these terms.

  • Merchant must provide valid trade licence and accurate business information — name, contact number, address, license number, and location(s).
  • Merchant must ensure the business is legally registered under UAE regulations.

2. Merchant Obligations & Verification

2.1 Accurate Information

  • All offer details — including service description, price(s), discount(s), validity, location — must be accurate, truthful, and reflect actual services.
  • Merchant must upload valid trade licence or other official documentation for verification.

2.2 Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Services must comply with UAE laws and industry regulations.
  • Offers must not include prohibited, illegal, or misleading content.
  • Images and media must reflect actual service conditions.

2.3 Offer Validity & Availability

  • Merchant must honour offers from start date to end date.
  • If conditions change or offer is no longer valid, Merchant must promptly notify Platform for removal or update.

3. Commission & Charges

  • Submission of offers is free; no upfront charges apply.
  • Commission: Platform charges 20% of the booking value for each redeemed offer.
  • Commission is non-refundable.
  • Commission is collected after successful booking.
  • Payment to the merchant will be transferred on a weekly basis.

4. Platform Rights & Offer Management

  • Submission of an offer does not guarantee publication; Platform reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any submission.
  • Ibex Code Portal may delete or suspend any offer at any time if it violates guidelines, contains offensive content, or is fraudulent.
  • Ibex Code Portal is not legally responsible for any offers, deals, or disputes arising from Merchant services.

5. Merchant Responsibility

  • Merchants are fully responsible for all offers, deals, and customer interactions.
  • Merchant guarantees that all submitted offers are genuine, accurate, and redeemable.
  • Platform is not liable for quality, legality, completion, or delivery of services offered by Merchant.

6. Offer Terms & Redemption

  • Offer description must clearly define what’s included and excluded, including conditions like time limits, slots, or advance booking requirements.
  • Merchants must honour redeemed offers as advertised. Failure may result in removal from the platform.

7. Media / Content Guidelines

  • All images, videos, and descriptions must reflect actual services and conditions.
  • Media must conform to laws and decency standards.

8. Warranties & Representations

By submitting an offer, Merchant warrants and represents:

  • All submitted information and materials are accurate, true, and not misleading.
  • Merchant will comply with all applicable UAE laws.
  • Merchant is legally authorized to offer the services advertised.

9. Compliance, Security & Data Protection

  • Merchants must protect customer data and comply with applicable privacy laws.
  • Platform is not responsible for any data mishandling by the Merchant.

10. Termination & Removal

  • Platform reserves the right to remove, suspend, or disable any deal or merchant account at its discretion, including for violation of these Terms, offensive content, or fraudulent activity.
  • Merchant may request removal of an active offer.

11. Amendments & Updates

  • Platform may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on www.uaecarsale.com. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by UAE laws.
  • Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to UAE jurisdiction.
