3. User Responsibilities

Violating UAE laws may result in reporting to authorities.

4. Car Listings – UAE Regulations

Users posting cars must follow UAE regulations:

✅ You must legally own the vehicle OR be authorized to sell it
✅ Mileage, specs, and condition must be correct and not misleading
✅ You cannot post stolen, manipulated, or tampered vehicles
✅ “Accident-free” claims must be truthful
✅ RTA / police-related documents must be valid

We may request proof of ownership or identification.

We may remove any listing that:

Contains false information
Appears suspicious or fraudulent
Violates UAE consumer protection standards

No refunds apply for policy violations.

5. Auto Business Directory

Businesses listing services agree that:

They are licensed to operate in the UAE
All business information is accurate and legal
Submitted data (logo, images, description) can be displayed publicly
Any misleading or prohibited services will be removed

We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or legal compliance of listed businesses.

6. Paid Listings & Refunds

Our paid services include:

Featured car listings
Premium business listings
Directory positioning
Advertising banners

Payments are non-refundable except in specific cases:

Duplicate payment
Technical failure that prevents listing activation
Service not delivered within the expected time

Refunds do not apply if:

You change your mind
The listing receives low response
The listing violates UAE policies
The listing is removed for fraud or misuse

All refunds follow our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Prohibited Content (Under UAE Law)

The following are strictly prohibited:

❌ Posting someone else’s car without permission
❌ Misleading information (accident damage, tampered mileage, etc.)

❌ Offensive, abusive, or defamatory content
