Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for using www.uaecarsale.com, operated by Ibex Code Portal. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refunds are handled for our services, including car listings, featured ads, and auto business directory listings.

By purchasing any service on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Digital Services Only – No Physical Returns

www.uaecarsale.com provides digital advertising services such as:

  • Car listing advertisements

  • Featured or premium listing upgrades

  • Auto business directory listings

  • Banner advertisements

  • Lead generation tools

Because all services are delivered digitally, no physical products are sold and therefore no physical returns apply.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be offered only in specific cases:

Refunds Allowed (Under These Conditions Only):

  1. Duplicate Payment
    If you were charged twice for the same service, you may request a refund for the duplicate transaction.

  2. Technical Error from Our Side
    If your purchased listing or feature was not activated due to a system issue and we are unable to correct it.

  3. Service Not Delivered
    If you purchased a listing and it was not published within 48 hours and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

Refunds Not Allowed:

Refunds will not be provided for the following:

  • You change your mind after purchasing a listing

  • You enter wrong details during submission

  • Poor response or fewer leads (we do not guarantee sales or inquiries)

  • Ads removed due to violation of our website policies

  • Expired listings

  • Misuse or incorrect usage of the platform

  • Ads deleted by the user

Once a service is delivered or activated, no refund can be issued.


3. Business Directory Listings

Payments made for:

  • Business directory profiles

  • Featured directory positions

  • Logo or banner placements

are non-refundable once published or activated.

If the listing is rejected due to policy violation, a refund will not be provided.


4. Ad Removal Due to Policy Violation

If your listing or business directory entry violates our Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to:

  • Remove the listing

  • Suspend the account

  • Restrict future submissions

Refunds are not offered in such cases.


5. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation before your listing is reviewed or published.

After a listing goes live, cancellation does not qualify for a refund.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Email used on the account

  • Payment receipt or screenshot

  • Order ID or listing ID

  • Reason for refund request

We respond within 2–5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Payment Methods

Refunds can only be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.


8. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
